  • Creating a comprehensive “Event Order” to be distributed to all suppliers, including run sheets, floor layouts, menu information, transfer details, directives and anything else that eliminates confusion
  • Fully comprehensive on the day wedding coordination and management. We can be the point of contact for all suppliers and guests on the day to ensure a smooth and seamless ceremony and reception
  • Assist the MC with what is expected and when, so that they can relax and enjoy the wedding too
  • Set out any place cards, menus, bonbonniere etc on the day
  • Advice, recommendations on Port Douglas wedding venues and suppliers and group packages about where to stay, what to do and how your guests can get the most out of their stay
